Common use of Notice by Email Clause in Contracts

Notice by Email. Subject to clause 69.7, a Notice is given if sent by email, on the next Business Day after being sent (as recorded on the device from which the sender sent the email) unless the sender receives an automated message that the email has not been delivered.
