If the last or appointed day for the taking of any action or the expiration of any right required or granted herein shall not be a Business Day, then such action may be taken or such right may be exercised on the next succeeding Business Day.
A notice given in accordance with the foregoing clause (a) shall be deemed to have been effectively given three Business Days after such notice is mailed by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, and one Business Day after such notice is sent by Federal Express or other one-day service provider, to the proper address, or at the time delivered when delivered in person or by private courier.
The Company shall deliver any objection to any Notice of Exercise within one (1) Business Day of receipt of such notice.
